Website Terms
These terms apply to this website, the free One-Reply Check and Sprint applications. A paid Customer Reply System Sprint begins only after a separate scope and service agreement is accepted.
Service boundaries
The Reply Practice improves customer communication wording and systems. It does not provide legal, medical, clinical, financial, HR, safety, regulatory, crisis or other professional advice. High-risk or regulated material may be declined without assessment.
Your responsibilities
- Submit only material you are authorised to share
- Remove personal, sensitive and identifying information before submission
- Provide accurate business facts, policies and constraints
- Review and approve every reply before your business uses it
- Do not rely on wording as a substitute for professional advice
Free One-Reply Check
The free check is limited, may be paused when capacity is reached and is intended as practical feedback on one anonymised exchange. We aim to return accepted checks within two business days. We may decline incomplete, unsafe, high-risk, non-anonymised or unsuitable submissions.
Customer Reply System Sprint
The founding Sprint is advertised at AUD $1,500 + GST. The five-business-day delivery period begins after payment, completed intake and all usable anonymised material have been received. Final scope, timing, payment terms, inclusions and cancellation arrangements will be set out in a separate service agreement before work begins.
Accuracy and outcomes
Recommendations are based on the facts and material provided. We do not guarantee a particular customer response, revenue result, reduction in complaints or other commercial outcome. Any examples and statistics on the website are illustrative or sourced context, not a forecast for an individual business.
Intellectual property
The website, service method and sample material remain the property of The Reply Practice. Ownership and permitted use of paid client deliverables will be addressed in the separate service agreement. You retain responsibility for and rights in the business material you submit.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, attempt to access private systems, submit malicious content, impersonate another person or use the service to create deceptive, unlawful or harmful communication. Access may be limited where needed to protect the service or others.

Changes
We may update these terms as the founding service develops. The date above shows the latest version. Material changes affecting an agreed paid engagement will be handled through its service agreement, not applied retrospectively without agreement.
